Performing at the grad show was an absolute highlight of 2020, and probably my adult life. I’m so proud of myself for seeing it through and getting up there with little dance experience prior. I began with LVC last term just wanting to have something to work towards for myself and to simply have a bloody fun time, yet I managed to gain friendships and a complete new confidence as well. In my 25 years I’ve never been more comfortable in my own skin than now and my self love has improved all thanks to burlesque. I now sport a bikini to the beach without a single care (except for getting my pale skin sunburnt). I want to thank you and Lauren for creating such a comfortable and encouraging environment. I’m so grateful.

Stella and Sylvia, your show was entertaining, hilarious, risqué and just absolutely BRILLIANT!! The troupe did such a wonderful job! Thank you so much for catering to the dinner – you read the room so well Sylvia, genius! Again, you guys were talked about all night and even today at work they’re still talking about how great it was!!

I want to say that your dance teachers are fantastic. Not only are they great at the choreography, dance technique and conveying across to the class how the movement is to look and feel but they are also beautiful people who really actually care about their students – I love the classes – I have so much fun in them and am looking forward to returning back to class!

Beau is such a lovely guy and a great teacher to the whole class and I had a lot of fun in the classes

Just wanted to send you a big big thank you for all your help in coordinating Shelley’s hens night on Saturday! Everyone had a fabulous evening. Claire was amazing! It’s not easy rounding up 35 very loud women but she did a superb job! So please pass on my praise! Male entertainment was well received by everyone. Music was great and show was well choreographed. Just wanted to say how amazing Lacy was. She was so wonderful and fun and really amazing at what she does. Thank you for organising a fun filled night!

I am so glad that not only I found dance but I found it at a place that has the most incredible staff and students. When you do something that is out of your comfort zone you want to be in an environment that makes you feel safe, secure and supported and that is exactly what you guys have here. Every time I come to dance I feel like I am with what family is supposed to be like and I love every minute of it. Whether I arrive in a positive headspace or not, I always leave at least slightly better or have challenged myself.

We all had an amazing time and really enjoyed it. Our instructor was lovely and we loved the games. I will definitely recommend you to anyone.

Just wanted to say thank you for attending the Chilli Fest – the ladies were great! They looked awesome and had so much fun having photos, dancing and providing atmosphere at the festival (even helping out at the chilli eating comp!)
